Skyfcator’s “A Thousand Sounds”

Upon hearing SKYFACTOR’s album “A Thousand Sounds,” it’s immediately apparent that this band excels in creating “Rockoustic” tracks that are not only catchy but also emotionally gripping. Their skill in blending straightforward melodies with a touch of edginess ensures a captivating musical journey for the listener with every song.

SKYFACTOR first made waves with their debut album “Daydreams,” which garnered significant praise and recognition. It even caught the attention of MTV’s “Teen Mom,” with the track “OK” being selected as a theme song for an episode, catapulting the band into international spotlight. Additionally, their music resonated with NBC’s “The Voice,” featuring a track from “Daydreams” in three separate episodes of the season.

The band further refined their sound and presence through numerous live performances in New York City. This experience translated into their next studio project, “Signal Strength,” which showcased not only their evolving musicality but also introspective lyrics set against the backdrop of robust acoustic guitar and a dynamic rhythm section. Their song from this album also made a humorous appearance on Adult Swim’s “Eric Andre Show,” amplifying the band’s popularity.

With their latest release, “A Thousand Sounds,” SKYFACTOR has reached new heights. This album marks a pinnacle in their artistic journey, featuring more profound songwriting and an expanding sonic landscape.

The title track, featuring guest vocals from YouTube sensation and Ninja Sex Party lead singer Dan Avidan (also known as “Danny Sexbang”), is a standout representation of the band’s growth and creative prowess.
